Welcome Local Teachers to T Time!

 To request a Thematic Bin please email your name, school, teacher library card number,

bin title, and when you need the bin to Irene at iciciora@chicagoridge.lib.il.us.

You will receive a confirmation email asking you if you would like the bin delivered to

the school by a Library staff member or if you will be picking it up at the library.

 T Time is made up of four parts. Click on each to see more information! 

(1) Library Technology  --  Use the library's online resources for your classroom!    

(2) Circulating Thematic Bins  --  Check out educational materials including books,   

                                                                           games,CDs,DVDs, and websites for use in your  

                                                                           classroom!

(3) Book Walks, Book Talks Program -- Learn how you can incorporate the books 

                                                                                         from the bins and professional teachers  

                                                                                         collection into your instruction!

(4) Professional Teachers Collection -- Check out materials for curriculum development and

                                                                                        professional growth!

The Chicago Ridge Public Library's grant program "T Time" is designed to bring together the library with the

pre-kindergarten through  8th grade public and private school community in Chicago Ridge. This partnership

supports technology training for teachers,  resources for classrooms, and reading skills for students.
